Rick Jaffa, Amanda Silver, Colin Trevorrow, Derek Connolly
Writer/s Story
Rick Jaffa, Amanda Silver – the inclusion of these writers disputed by the other two, but they submitted drafts during the film’s development hell starting in the early 2000s.
Jurrasic World has developed from the original Jurrasic Park into a massive tourist attraction with hotels, domes and lots of dinosaurs. Two boys go on a visit where their aunt is the operations manager. There are raptors and a man studying them, and out in the restricted area a newly developed intelligent tyranosaur; it escapes creating mayhem.

A View
We took my wife’s nephew to see this when it came out and he liked it a lot, but once you’ve seen the initial revelations there’s not really much else. However it made a fortune – one of those rare films to cover its costs on the first weekend and it cost $150 million. I don’t know whether to recommend it, your choice if you like tht sort of thing.
