Elevator Pitch |
The film subtitle is, “The moderate rise and tragic fall of a New York fixer”. So Norman is constantly on the phone to people and accosting them in the street, at conferences and at parties, attempting to put people together in a way which will result in an earner of some sort. Due to a chance meeting (more or less) he begins to be able to put together a dream circle of favours, but check out the subtitle |
Content |
Mostly Norman wandering about in the street in his camel hair overcoat phoning people, with occasional slightly embarrassing face to face meetings, as he claims to be a friend of a friend, or that his wife now dead, knew someone and so on. |
A View |
Very slow moving, and probably works better if you have a knowledge of American business practices, and maybe Hebrew since some of it is in that language. Honestly, I wished we had gone to see something else. |
