Elevator Pitch |
Marty a 17 year old skateboarder is accidentally sent back to 1955 in his friend Doc’s DeLorean time machine. Once there he must make sure his parents get together to avoid his and his siblings removal from the time line, and find a way of getting back to the present with only an impending flash of lightening to help. And he must do nothing to change future events. |
Content |
A load of fun as Marty tries to prevent his father from being bullied and to avoid being hit on by his mother. He also accidentally invents the skateboard and plays rock music at the high school prom inspiring Chuck Berry. And the time travelling DeLorean – fantastic! |
A View |
I have waited until I was able to record all three films before watching this, and incidentally it is said that there will never be a remake. A really entertaining film full of 1985 jokes which still work today, so if you have not seen it, go for it. For those who don’t know the DeLorean was built in Northern Ireland using the British government’s money, 6000 coming off the assembly line before bankruptcy shut it down. |
