Plot of Reunion: The Ridgeview High School Class of 2001 have a reunion at the house of Mathew Danbury who is a successful financier. Two of the guests are policemen Evan and his friend Ray. Another is Jasmine a journalist and Evan’s former lover. Also at the event is Amanda Tanner who is hoping for electoral success, Vivian who is a sort of mystery woman and Meagan who has set her sights on Mathew, even though he is married. They have been joined by their former history master Mr Buckley. The evening is pretty drunken but most people, apart from those already mentioned have gone home before the remaining few have been snowed in. They wake up in the morning having decided to sleep individually behind locked doors, to find that Mathew has been shot and Meagan is missing. Later they see a car boot (trunk to you Americans) open and on investigation find Meagan’s body. She also has been shot. It turns out that nearly everyone has a motive for killing Mathew but who has actually done it? Arresting Ray could be a mistake.

Content: Ray is given a hand job by a fellow guest, for old time’s sake, she says. People dance a bit and drink quite a lot. Once the survivors are left they argue a lot and sometimes meet in the dark in suspicious circumstances.  There is no connection by land line and the mobile connections  are out. After Ray is arrested he holds the rest at gunpoint while he explains what has happened and who is guilty.

A View: This film seems to have been a low budget outing which has only been streamed so little information is available. It is said to be like the Afterparty. For my wife and I it was a Sunday afternoon viewing on a dull day, so quite suitable for that. Almost nothing to excite or offend.  But dare I say it, the final revelation is a bit of a let down.

Fun Fact: Well, it is supposed to be a comedy.
