Elevator Pitch | A group of stone age people, who live in a valley hunting rabbits, are invaded by the more advanced bronze age people who want to take over their valley and make them work in the mines. It is agreed that the stone-agers will take on the bronze age in a game of football, the outcome to determine their future.
Content | There is an asteroid strike which changes the world. Scenes in the valley and of the bronze age people invading, then the stone age practice for the football match and the match itself.
A View | This is quite a lot of fun, and some aspects of the football match are laugh out loud funny. I particularly liked the stupid hairstyles of the players, which in real life irritatingly influence the young, and the action replays. On the downside the football theme does not quite fit in the prehistory story. However, worth the ticket price if you are an Aardman fan. |
