Content |
Many glimpses of young women being tortured. The official and his trainee visit down at the heal conurbations and the flats and trailers of paroled sex offenders. They drive about in the desert of New Mexico. There is violence. |
A View |
This was a straight to video offering and so was not rated by Rotten Tomatoes. It is quite an unpleasant film, gripping in its own way and full of tension. So while it is a difficult watch it does not cross the line between drama and voyerism. Given a choice I prefer fantasy. |
