||A tenuous relationship with the Transporter franchise
||Adam Cooper, Bill Collage, Luc Besson
||Characters: Luc Besson, Robert Mark Kamen
||Ed Strein, Ray Stevenson, Loan Chabanol, Gabriella Wright, Tatiana Pajkovic
||Frank Martin (the second) continues to transport stuff for money, but is recruited by a group of young women who are out to destroy a Russian mafia boss who trafficked them years ago, and to keep him in line they take his father, a retired secret service agent, hostage.
||Frequent car chases with the Audi outpacing the police cars which crash a lot. Scenes in nightclubs and hotel rooms depicting young women in their underwear. Some shoot-outs and hand to hand combat in a variety of locations including a very stylish yacht. One implied sex scene.
||I kept thinking that JS would have made a good job of this, but apparently the producers did not want to pay for him. I liked the father/son relationship although a British secret service agent would never have called his son ‘Junior’. Generally quite good fun, so probably worth watching if you liked the others of the franchise.
