Elevator Pitch |
Two street racers are forced by the US Customs and the FBI to infiltrate the gang of a drug lord where an under cover cop is already in place as his girl friend. They take part in a number of races and chases in order to validate their credentials and eventually to bring the gang down. |
Content |
A lot of street races in modified European high performance cars, and American muscle cars, and a lot of girls in short shorts and bikini tops. Some time in the drug lord’s very elaborate mansion and its garden. |
A View |
This was not much liked by the critics, or me. Indeed it is difficult to see who it would appeal to other than 15 year olds dreaming of super cars, with effectively no plot and very unrealistic racing. I have competed on the track and I could not get over the fact that the drivers seemed to be changing down when already at maximum revs, but apparently the transmissions kept failing, so that might have been why. |
