Elevator Pitch |
A couple get together after time apart, she from Tangier, he in Detroit. They are vampires living in the 21st century on blood purchased from quasi-legal sources. The arrival of the female vampire’s sister stirs things up in a way which causes them to make unwelcome changes. |
Content |
A bit of nudity and a lot of darkness – the whole film – in which the protagonists languidly move from one scene to another, mostly wearing sunglasses. |
A View |
I know the critics liked this, but honestly, where was the rule that something has to happen every seven minutes? You might have to be a fan of the director to enjoy this – and don’t be attracted by the possibility of lots of vampire stuff. |
