I am old enough to have seen the 1930s serials in the cinema (in the 40s) and this film retains the style of those originals, with space ships flying VERY SLOWLY. Some shooting with lasers. It is splendid stuff. |
A View |
My children watched the video time after time and could recite tranches of the dialogue along with the characters. It is pretty camp and Brian Blessed punched someone who accused him of taking part in a gay film. But gay or not it is fun. |
