Elevator Pitch |
Someone is killing members of the chinese and black families involved in a complex business deal with a white gangster, possibly promoting a gang war. One of the casualties is the son of the chinese gang boss, prompting his brother to escape from Kong Kong and return to Oakland to avenge him. When the brother becomes involved with the daughter of the black gang boss things become even more complex. |
Content |
A lot of martial arts, hand to hand and foot to face fighting. A bit of dialogue not really explaining much. The chinese man and the black girl becomes friendly, but not overtly so. There is one lesbian snogging scene with an exposed breast, included I think just to ensure the R rating. Some characters smoke pot. |
A View |
Typical slightly confusing martial arts stuff. The writers know what’s going on, but they may be the only ones. But all in all sort of watchable if you quite like martial arts movies. Did not cost a lot and made money. |
