Elevator Pitch Terry Benedict, the victim of the gang’s previous heist, locates them and demands his money back with interest. In desperation they decamp Europe and start work, but come up against a clever Eurocop and a master thief. They are forced to take up a challenge from the latter to steal a Faberge egg. If they succeed he will pay off their debt.
Content A whole load of clever thieving mostly in Amsterdam plus a lot of interaction with the Eurocop and the thief, who turns out to be a count living at Lake Como. And then a trip to Rome following the egg. No drugs, drinking, sex or life!
A View This was a poor follow-up, and it is difficult to say more without spoilers. Only towards the conclusion will you begin to realise how important or not the whole narrative has been – and the Julia Roberts event – give me strength!
