Elevator Pitch |
A high tech safe deposit box robbery of a trove of diamonds also includes an incriminating flash drive, forcing the robbers, who are led by a highly trained young woman, to go on the run from an efficient group of assassins. |
Content |
A lot of chasing though the streets, buildings and luxury hotels of Cape Town, in cars, on foot and on motor cycles. Martial arts and gunfire when the chasers and the chased meet. A standard set piece in a derelict factory and a showdown in an airport. No sex or nudity but OK in her underwear for a bit, and some torture at one point. |
A View |
It was not that bad, although memorable for only having made $69 on its opening weekend in UK. It has become fashionable for some action films to feature very bad-ass women and Olga Kurylenko does pretty well, but is let down by a very, very thin plot. Morgan Freeman phones in his part – literally. |
