Elevator Pitch In the violent world of the jihadists a former special forces engineer in deep cover takes on the role of bomb maker, hoping to identify those at the head of the organisation. When his CIA control is killed and the FBI begin to close in on him he is left with nowhere to turn.
Content Some explosions and fairly small scale violence with hand guns and machine guns. Almost constant tension as the hero’s survival is threatened.
A View We do not find out for some time that Samir is a secret agent – but I’m telling you so that if you watch it you can enjoy the greater level of tension. This and other dramatic opportunities were missed by the writers in my view, and the denoument?? I suppose they did their best with a really difficult subject, and in the end it was quite well reviewed.
