||For their own reasons a couple of con men decide to swindle a gang boss out of a large sum of money by means of an elaborate scam. But how are they to achieve their aim and get away with it?
||Very little in this film to cause offense, and just a bit of violence. Lots of fun during the construction of the scam.
||If I ever thought that anyone was “cool” it would be Paul Newman, and he does a great job here. The film won Best Picture in 1974 at the Oscars and nearly all the other categories as well. It cost $5,500,000 and has returned $160 million.
