Content |
Meetings between Indians and white men result in violent confrontations, with people skewered by arrows. Everybody faced with stress in the extreme cold, and many suffering physical damage. There is a lot of blood. |
A View |
While much of this film is impressive it seemed uneven to me, which might be due to the fact that the filmmakers have dispensed with any possible sort of reality for dramatic effect. I have to write it somewhere so here it is: It seemed just a bit more important because Pedro Almodovar was watching it in the same screen as us, in Madrid. |
