| Elevator Pitch |
The revolutionary spacecraft Event Horizon fitted with a faster than light drive, disappeared on its maiden flight but has now reappeared in orbit round the planet Neptuno after seven years. A spacecraft is sent out to its location, carrying the designer. Where has it been, what has happened to the crew and what is it now? |
| Content |
Spacecraft in space, drama in the interior of the Event Horizon which is a spectacular construction and weirdness particularly in the engine room. Some violence, blood and guts, more extreme on the screen showing the ship’s log. |
| A View |
I liked the spacecraft particularly the slightly surreal interior of the Event Horizon, also the manner in which the rescue craft crew interacted, but I am with the critics who felt that the denoument was absurd. Without getting too deeply into it, terrible things seem to have happened to the crew, but why did completely different things happen to the rescuers? |
