| Elevator Pitch |
Two astronauts are working outside the Shuttle on the Hubble telescope when it is blown away by a cataclysmic event, and thereafter they have to work out a way of surviving and getting back to earth, using other abandoned space stations. |
| Content |
Really almost a continuous tension filled set piece as the two survivors attempt to remain alive with no gravity, no support and no oxygen. Some bad language, some bodies seen in space debris. Lots of explosions and similar. |
| A View |
This film relies on its special effects for impact, and it might be of limited interest on any screen less than 55”. The attempt to shovel in some of the female astronaut’s personal life is basically unsuccessful. However it got a stunning 96% on Rotten Tomatoes so worth a view. |
