Killers Anonymous (2019)

Plot of Killers Anonymous: A group is meeting in a hall I America led by  bearded man, who receives a phone call from a young woman called Jade in London. He travels to London to talk to her. Later Jade is killed by a prostitute with a rifle. A group of people known as Killers Anonymous meet in a church hall in London. They talk. Meanwhile the bearded man views the location with binoculars and listens to the proceeding using an embedded audio device.  The group talk and now and again we see bits of their back story, how they came to enjoy killing. A new participant arrives and they are overheard by someone hidden in the rafters. Then an American senator who has been shot arrives. And then… I’m too tired to go on.

Content: No sex or nudity, but maybe a bit of drinking. Jade and the Man meet in a pub in London. Then the group meet in the church hall and exchange views . Some killing are shown, none particularly gruesome.  The reason the senator has been shot non-fatally is explained, but not his presence in the meeting. Then it turns out that the group are in thrall to the CIA, probably. There is a climax, particularly bloody, but incomprehensible.

A View: I have felt it to be my duty to my few readers to provide a review of this outing which was to me completely incomprehensible. Was it originally a sensible outing which was destroyed by poor editing, or did it make absolutely no sense to start with? Is it worth trying to find out the answers to these questions? It is the first time I have seen a film get no points on Rotten Tomatoes, and actually the first time I have given a film no points as well.
